In a global society and a digital age, a deeper understanding of language and its role in identity is essential to the success of undergraduate students.
To gain this understanding, learning should happen in and out of the classroom, it should be introspective, and it should incorporate 21st century technology.
This site represents a collaborative research project aimed at gathering information and ideas for course design and redesign based on the incorporation of audio-recorded assignments in First-Year Composition and in Communication Disorders.
This project is partly supported by a grant from the Auburn Biggio Center for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning.
